You say 3-4 poops - are they credit card size? or just smears?
~~~ Interesting... I know some folks say "at least quarter sized", others
say "at least the size of the OK one makes with thumb and forefinger". Where
did the "Credit card sized" idea come from? Does this have to do with the
Nommsen-Rivers research?( Do we need to cue moms to look for bigger stools
so teeny ones don't get counted and give a false sense of intake? ) After
reading that, it's a lot more challenging to help moms assess their own
situations over the phone, since so many are still going by "but he is pooping
at least 4 times a day..."
Comments?
Peace,
Judy
