I am looking for other ideas on what this could be. Thoughts appreciated!

Hi Jaye and all,
Not sure if there is any legitimacy to this idea, but I wonder if it's
possible this mom's body, during the hormonally different state of
post-partum/lactation, experiences something in the neck/spine that leads to referred
pain in this area? Could be triggered by the physical stresses of pregnancy
and/or birth...Maybe some CST or other bodywork, Alexander technique
maybe, would help?
Peace,
Judy
