Hooray Nicki. I do the same. No recurrence of uveitis, macular edema, minimal psoriatic episodes (and what I have had have been miniscule). No depression. No problems with flu vaccine. No flu, no colds, although exposed.

Subject: Vitamin D supplementation works, hurrah!
Dear Lactnet Friends:
I am enrolled in the GrassrootsHealth.net Vitamin D project. Every 6 months, I receive a packet for a spot blood test. My initial D3 levels (after supplementing with 400 IU and being outside in the sun and exercising) was 28, below the reference range of 32-100 ng/ml.
Now, after boosting my supplementation to 6,000 IU a day, my level is 79 ng/ml.
I use a product that contains 2,000 IU per drop; I take 3 drops a day.
Whee!
Have I noticed any changes? I haven't been sick at all this winter, but I am not often sick. I can't say as I have noticed any big change, aside from feeling a higher level of health that started about one month after supplementation. However, that is a totally subjective impression.
warmly,
