Micaela,
I nursed my eldest daughter and her younger sister in tandem. During the
first three or four months both gained at least 1 kg each month. I think
my toddler nursed almost as often as her baby sister did, each had one
breast. So feeding twins wouldn't have been a problem either, or only
using one breast for the baby.
