I am still not understanding how this works (obviously I am a visual learner). If the rubber band/condom rim is wrapped tightly enough to prevent a possible choking hazard...wouldn't the milk ducts be compressed too tightly to allow an adequate flow of milk? AND, if a baby has been getting free flowing milk from a bottle, could this upset him enough to totally refuse the breast? It would be great if someone could invent a similar item without the risk!
