Here we go again with the synthetic vitamins!  I do not appreciate having to deal with this now. I am sure it is about "someone" wanting to sell vitamins.  First it was "there's no vitamin D in breastmilk" (give me a break!) and now iron deficiency anemia! We all know synthetic iron is wicked to a baby's gut not to mention, vitamins under the age of 6 months can increase the risk of food allergies, asthma and eczema.  Who makes these supplements? the formula companies!  Most common side effects - abdominal pain and headache, ingredients: artificial colors, artificial flavors and sugar.  Thanks alot AAP!
