For all of you working in areas with Russian families (as well as other countries where Russian is or was spoken/taught),
La Leche League International Russian pages are ever growing. We have a very thriving and comprehensive collection of articles that cover a wide variety of most common topics in breastfeeding. Russian pages have a complete set of available articles. English pages are somewhat behind but will be updated to help you navigate our offerings. http://www.llli.org//Russian.html
I am also happy to tell you that we have Russian speaking LLL leaders in Russia, Ukraine, Great Britain, Germany, and the United States. Several days ago La Leche League Turkey was launched by a Russian Leader.
We also have Ukrainian information. It is not as full as the information in Russian, but has most basic information available. http://www.llli.org/Ukraine.html
Warmly,
Natalie Gerbeda-Wilson
