I would want some testing done on this poor baby!  He sounds miserable.  I would think the doctors would want to do a pH study to see if the baby is actually refluxing stomach acids and maybe even some sort of scope procedure to see if there is anything structurally wrong.  His symptoms sound pretty severe and not helped much at all by medication.
