Hello Wise ones

 

I have a query about weight loss surgery (lapband) on lactation.


 

A mother was told, the  reason  her  supply  was low, it was caused by the
lapband surgery??????,as it interferes with the lactation hormones.

 

So she will not even consider breastfeeding the baby due in March 2011

 

Would anyone like to comment?
