Hello

Can anyone recommend a pediatrician or an ENT in San Diego who will do a frenulum clip for a 7 week old newborn?  

(A mom I am helping (via the phone) has been struggling with lots of nipple pain and finally called a LC to come to her house and the LC recommended the baby get his tight frenulum clipped.)
