I believe the 20 calorie count is an average. I'm sure there is some
variation person to person, also time of day, age of baby (you know it
turns into water at 6, 9 or 12 mo LOL) etc. I'm sure at some point in the
history of formula someone collected a lot of breastmilk and figured it out.
