Hi Jaye,
I would probably do a search or read in Hale re a dosage range. The mom can
do the search too. Or she/you could call the pharmacist and ask what typical
dose ranges are for such symptomatology.
If a lesser dose is the usual, the mom could take, for example, 1000 mg bid.
Or 500 mg tid. Depending on what your research shows.
I would not be afraid to take the med and bf the baby, as amoxicillin is
given to infants often. I would share the Hale info on that drug with mom.
