In my opinion, insufficient glandular tissue is a diagnosis of exclusion i.e. once all other
causes have been ruled out. One cannot tell from inspection alone if breasts with the
characteristics of insufficient glandular tissue will not produce an adequate supply as mothers with
these characteristics have produced enough milk.
If we ever develop a test to diagnose it then this may change and I can see letting moms know early on.
