Irene, I was about to respond, but see that Heather beat me to it.  I agree 
in full with what she wrote.  Confidence is so important. You are there to 
eyeball the baby and watch carefully for the next few days.  I would expect 
baby to start gaining soon with plenty of skin-to-skin and feeding.  Let us 
know.
