From personal experience, yes my cycle is now more erratic, but
fertility awareness works perfectly. I always have a period 14 days
after ovulation, just the amount of time before ovulation
fluctuates. I use the Billings method, which I learnt from a book,
you can now learn it online, as well as from trainers (I am isolated
so there aren't any trainers within quite some distance). This method
as with most fertility awareness methods tracks fertility signs, the
point of it is to identify when you are fertile and the days leading
up to it. Sot this means it works really well at any age.
