Our WIC office gave out cook books last month with recipes featuring the new whole grains and produce that we can now get with our vouchers.  I am guessing this recipe book could be available in all WIC offices in the USA.  If anyone is interested in it, e-mail me off-list and I'll see if I can give you info about where it was published etc. so you can obtain copies for your WIC offices.  I'm a very proficient cook so these recipes look very easy to me; however, even to a novice cook I think they would be doable.
