Our breastfeeding coalition members will conduct a phone survey of mothers who've delivered in the past six months to assess their perceptions of breastfeeding, perceived barriers, and positive experiences.

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has conducted a successful phone or written survey to assess these areas.  Thanks much for your help.
