I just began a position at our local hospital as the Lactation Consultant. This 
is a brand new position for the hospital, as well as myself. Currently no 
policies, procedures, or competencies exist in relation to breastfeeeding. I am 
certain many great policies,competencies, and procedures have already been 
created and are in use. I would love to be able to use them as resources when
