Dear Lactnet Friends:
One point I forgot to mention is that the uterus starts contracting once the
zygote implants; the uterus contracts randomly on its own all through
pregnancy.
Would it be great if our bodies just starting exercising on their own like
that?
It is a pattern of contractions that changes the cervix that is of concern.
If the mother of twins can have sexual pleasure, then she can hand express
and pay attention to her sensations and stop if she chooses.
