   I do no think that you are going to be able to change what he says or
they way he feels about it/ it is unfortunate that he is in a place
where he can exert so much influence...

   Another man may be able to share his feelings but even with that I
would not expect change. He has his "issues"....

   Unfortunate when health care practitioners can not leave "their"
baggage at the door.... we have to find ways to work around them... if
he refers moms to you than they will have the opportunity to hear
another perspective.
