I think there are at least two other pieces that aren't adequately addressed

One is for western born women who are raised in a society where even asking for help is a sign of failure. Independent doityourself is the only characteristic that is valued.

Two is for women from non-western cultures who may have grown up where breastfeeding is the norm asking for help for something that is "normal" and something that "I should know how to do" is also a sign of failure as a mother.

What to do about it is a completely different issue and has to be addressed in your specific context.
