Hi Wise ones,

1st question.

Look how sick is sick? Linda Smith in her book on Private practice says we shouldn't see a mother if we are sick. Fair enough, totally understandable. What about a cold? I have been fighting one since Saturday and I have a sore throat and a runny nose. A mum rang me today wanting to see me. I said I had the cold and she suggested Thursday as I should be a lot better by then. What if I am not? I do not have a temperature, but I do not feel great (although I have had worse colds). How much better do I have to be? Throat not sore? I could have a runny nose for days. I mean a cold is not going to kill one but it can make one feel horrible. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

2nd question.

Which is more useful for your business - Facebook or Blogspot. I am looking for something that will augment my website i.e I can put up news, interesting articles, support group details or changes. I have just signed up to Facebook - truly it is a social networking site, I seem to have connections and family members I hardly knew about. I'm just not sure it will do what I want for the business, even if I have a separate site for the business (which is what I was planning).

Thanks in advance for any help.

Love,

Sarah McCann. BScHons, IBCLC
