Yes, I agree with this - should have added it in my post.
The reaction of appearing to have less milk may be entirely normal
and physiological - that is, normal and physiological for a baby who
has not been asking for/been given sufficiently frequent feeds.
The baby may be doing what he can to restore a good supply.
