Thank you, Liz!
Someone already sent me the link and although I did not read the document 
fully and carefully yet, I was already under the impression that it was 
mainly about the organisational aspects.
Both are important, though, individual as well as more general.
Now that we're on topic: how would you reckon can an individual lc comply 
with her Code of Ethics, if the organisation applies rules more loose...?
Who ought to set the example and take the lead... the organisation or the 
individual IBCLC? ;-)
