A mother presented with a recurrent bleb. She is continuing to nurse, using hot compresses and massage. She has some pain along the site of the duct and is concerned that once this one clears that it will recur. I have suggested starting on some Lecithin, but I'm wondering if there are any other suggestions I can make? I remember seeing something relatively recently on recurrent blebs, but I can't find it in the archive.

Thank you.
