Hi Terri
The International Code has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to say about PURCHASING OR
SELLING any product whatsoever. You could purchase and sell infant formula,
baby tea, feeding bottles and teats and not be in violation of the Code.
If, on the other had you decided to ADVERTISE infant formula, baby tea,
complementary foods or feeding bottles/teats then you would be a Code
violator.
You can also violate the Code as a health professional by accept gifts from
companies that make these products or by distributing free samples to
mothers or their families.
Cheers
