There is a lower conversion rate to taking in your ALA, to make it into
DHA in the human body.
So you have to take far in more flaxseed oil, than you would with the
fish oil capsules - so more calories too!
I personally, feel better on flaxseed/linseed oil. But I also eat fish.
However, food is the best source of nutrition, not supplements. :-)
