American Academy of Pediatrics Policy Statement: The Transfer of Drugs and Other Chemicals Into Human Milk: http://aappolicy.aappublications.org/cgi/reprint/pediatrics;108/3/776.pdf
The AAP policy statement provides important concepts regarding the use of cigarettes, psychotropic drugs, and silicone implants while a mother is breastfeeding. It is well referenced, and seven tables regarding the statement are provided.
The above statement is indeed retired but still much alive and still referenced a lot.
Most of the studies referenced under the statement will never be done again, so this is the most viable information out there.
Since it has now been ten years since the last statement (which used to be published about every four years), this may be the last statement ever issued.
I believe this is so because so much breastfeeding information is now available from other sources.
