First thing I would investigate is: are there retained placental fragments? Definitely switch to Symphony - freestyles were designed to maintain, not increase milk supply, I believe, with a functioning nursing baby and adequate supply. Get a prolactin level done, etc.

Have a really great mom trying to help. Nipples very short fibrous baby not able to latch in hospital or one week at home. Moms milk seemed to be coming in around day 6 had some bad engorgement, but really we have seen much worse. She started getting 5 ml sometimes. She is using Freestyle and every going 8 times in 24hr for fifteen minutes. We startes skin to skin and SNS at breast and thought we were on the right path. Day 9 not getting anything started on fenugreek and now day 11 drops to nothing. Talked about maybe trying Domperidone and switching to Symphony. Had breast changes during pregnancy and not set for this as we can tell. I am going to see her mid week but I am running out of options. She and husband are so nice and very much want this too work.
