Hi all,

Anything with a very high sugar content won't freeze. Hence freezer jam left in the freezer needs lids - o yes as a teen I found out the hard way that freezer jam stacked in small pots without lids causes a mess. As even when it appears to be frozen it is not and pots slowly sink into each other. We just had to eat it up quickly!!

Maybe this milk is particularly sweet?

Best wishes,

Sarah McCann. BScHons IBCLC LLL Leader.
