Subject: need for FTE for lactation
Does anyone have any suggestions for literature to help me prove the need for a full time lactation consultant position at our hospital? We have approximately 80 deliveries per month, and have a level IIB NICU that can handle babies as early as 28 weeks. Thanks so much! Deb Debra B Ray, MSN, RNC-OB, IBCLC
