I don't know if this is comparable - but I was also threatened with a charge of sexual harassment due to providing a REQUIRED training to staff in our public health department(Breastfeeding 101). In it I showed some videos of self attachment and of course some slides with mothers breastfeeding.
The whole thing went away when the Sexual Harassment Trainer declared that breastfeeding is a protected activity due to the law in California and the employees would be required to "continue work as usual" even if one of their clients started to breastfeed. So - the training also fell under this, because it provided staff with the appropriate information about its importance and resources if the clients asked.
