The longer I'm in this business - protecting breastfeeding and thus the
lives of babies and the health of mothers... the less tolerance I have
for basic, stupid, privilege centric mistakes.
This one has me chewing the legs off the furniture. *sigh*
Organisation, with the nice, lovely, warm and fuzzy, and very
important., target of stopping in-utero HIV transmission in resource
poor areas.
It's using a baby bottle symbol as its 'measure' for the people signing up.
Walk, Chew Gum. Incapable.
I just despair! No doubt same organisation will be the first to say
babies of HIV infected mothers, should bottle feed. Even 'tho the
bottle feeding will kill more babies than will HIV transmission would.
Totally despair.
