Just a quick query, not for prescibing, but for discussion with a colleague.
Mum has baby 5 m.o low supply has been on domperidome 1 tablet twice a day, she didn't know what dose, ( is checking) What is a therapuetic dose and what is an appropriate regime for weaning off the domperodome once supply is at improved level?
I know you can have a rebound low supply if you cease domperidome too suddenly.
Also where is the best place to access good info on this. Am still to purchase the " Making more Milk " book. ,which I will do soon.
By the way I did finish my midwifery course everyone. Thanks for all guidance I had from Lactnet, certainly much more thorough breastfeeding information than in the midwifery course
Warmest wishes
