I participated in the efforts mentioned on this web page to help Evenflo meet its obligations under the Code and everything listed there has been accomplished. (You're right that it needs updating.) The last item to be finished was Evenflo's Code-compliant packaging, which debuted in early 2009. It was interesting when someone at Evenflo's Ohio headquarters asked me what Code-compliant infant feeding bottle packaging looks like. I had to admit that I didn't know because I had never seen any, having lived all my life in the United States.
Thankfully, Marsha Walker was able to get help from those who *did* know, so that this could be done. Since Evenflo does business worldwide, Marsha enlisted an international group of Code experts from INFACT Canada, UK's Baby Milk Action, and the International Code Documentation Centre in Penang, Malasia. She consulted them, along with a UNICEF attorney, on every change, and all decisions were agree upon unanimously. It was a fascinating process!
Marsha, would you like to say more?
