Hi,
I've been trying to find the same info (side effects). Haven't been able to find anything negative.
Here's some basic info:

I've just recently heard of it and a few moms who've taken it have reported increase in their supply after taking it. My understanding is to take double the maximum dosage that this brand says on their bottle.
