Yes, Winnie, that is a very true point about journal titles and the fact
that professionals too often just scan a title. Too many articles over many
years have had titles like, "Breastfeeding and [health problem]", which is
very misleading when the titles would more accurately have been, "Artificial
feeding and increased risk of [health problem" or "Breastfeeding provides
protection against [health problem]".  Abstracts also do not necessarily
bring out the key points clearly and may even contain inaccuracies, as you
know.

Perhaps this should be the New Year resolution for those preparing article
for publication: Make sure the *title* clearly identifies what the article
is about, and that the *abstract* has a clear message for people just
scanning it.
