Subject: domperidone in adoptive

Hi All

Can someone advise me please about the appropriate dose of domperidone when
establishing lactation in

 surrogacy

This new mother is on 10mg three times a day, would she benefit from
increasing the dose. I thought I read a snippet from Dr Hale who has
suggested that increasing the dose wont necessarily increase the supply
because there is only a certain amount of prolactin available?.

Thank you

June Nicholls
