Erika,
Check to see if the frenum has reattached. That often happens and symptoms
reappear. Run your finger under the tongue and see if you feel remnants of
the frenum or scar tissue. It is a good idea to have parents stretch the
tongue after a frenotomy to prevent reattachment.
