And yet, there are many drugs that are used safely and sucessfully off-
label.  I know that there are some real concerns about using Cytotec
as an induction agent; I personally have seen Cytotec inductions work
wonderfully well.  In my experience as a labor/delivery nurse, cytotec
inductions can work more "gently" and more like natural labor when
compared to pitocin inductions.

I think that maybe in keeping more with our topic of discussion
(grin), the concern continues to be the commonplace idea of
"inductions" as being benign, when we know that induction certainly
can and does affect the ease in which the breastfeeding relationship
gets started.
