Hi all,

Thanks for all your help. I am aware that ethically 'Do I suggest a pump too early' would be my biggest problem. At first when I was in private practice if I got stuck I would recommend cranio sacral therapy for positioning /suck issues or feel I could go no further until mum had seen her doctor and had a possible infection dealt with. Now I am better at concentrating on what I can do and not on what I can't. So hopefully I would be at a lot less risk now of suggesting a pump where there was another more appropriate breastfeeding solution.

Marianne am I right in thinking from what you said that it is OK to advertise that we hire pumps but not the specific make/s of pump we hire?

Again many thanks for all your help,

Sarah McCann.
