I think I'd have a dermatologist see this mom. I've had two cases of nipple
eczema and one of psoriasis -- derm stuff is really out of the realm of
expertise for almost everybody, and as far as I'm concerned I'm often in
over my head on baby rashes, etc. (And that's after MANY years of looking at
moms and babes!)
