Mom of a 4 month old breastfed baby who is gaining weight well ( 95% ile)
suddenly notices that her MER is seriously delayed causing the baby to get
very upset. She even timed it and found that it took up to 12 minutes for
the milk to release. Until this occurrence , all was going well.  Nothing
helps to facilitate MER..she tried massage, nipple rolling, warm compresses,
cold compresses, and endless other things.

Any idea of what could cause this?
