"Kay (Hoover) and I have added a free section to our website called Ask
Barbara and Kay. We are trying to lighten the load of repetitive emails we
write in response to questions from colleagues, LCs, and Leaders whom we try
to mentor. Our responses will combine our clinical experience and also cite
the evidence we base our advice on. It's a service mainly for HCPs (rather
than moms) and we plan on archiving the Q and A's so people can have easy
access to our responses in future information seeks.

 We have 4 cases posted so far: a galactocele, mastitis, rancid smelling
milk, and use of Bactroban for sore nipples, so that gives a flavor of the
context. Anyway I would love it if you could announce the service on
Lactnet. We want it to help LCs and it will certainly relieve our work load
to be able to direct people to our archive rather than write so many
individual responses.
