Here is my n=1 for your consideration :)
My ex-husband always had horrible spring allergies (lousy immune system in
general), and the couple of years before my daughter was born, he had gotten
a virus in his eye. He had tried two or three different anti-viral drops
which would work for a while, but then the virus would be back. After my
daughter's birth, for six weeks I pumped 6-8 oz of milk first thing in the
morning. I was tandeming, so I had plenty. He would use a couple droppers'
full to wash out his eye, then drink the rest. After 6 weeks, I'm no good
with a pump, so that was all I could provide.
After maybe a week, the virus was gone. It has never recurred, and that was
nearly six years ago. That spring he also never complained of environmental
allergies, though those didn't go away permanently.
So, yes, by all means, give your milk to your older child! Smoothies,
cocoa, popsicles. Human milk is amazing.
