Oh, here we go!  I am sorry that I am so 'to the point', and am not long winded, but, at this time of the year (and for me, always), I am more to the point, and would rather 'just rather call it the way that I see it.'  For each reader to interpret the way THEY think, IS (moral) relativism, and, deviates from a set standard, which has been well established, and is set.  If it's not promoting breast feeding, all other deviations are variations, and may(and will) not,  promote the best results.  I can go on, but for this response, I will wait.  (Christmas you know), and the standards that need promoting, are basic and promote the general health and welfare of this country, (and the world!)!
