--------So do we! It's called the "rugby"-hold or the "baker"-hold. A 
"baker" is a sort of predecessor of the midwive, taking care of deliveries, 
mothers and baby's. She used to swaddle up the baby(s) and transport them 
under her arm like little parcels :-) I have been told in France it's called 
the "baguette"-hold :-))))
