Does anyone have references that will guide us on the “shelf life” of frozen
breastmilk for use in a milk bank. I have looked in the archives and links
but still have not found the answer to our question.

We know breastmilk can stay frozen for 6 months – 1 year at -25°C but is
that in total (unpasteurised then pasteurised) or can you keep for 6 months
– 1 year unpasteurised , then pasteurise and keep for another 6 months – 1
year at - 25°C before using it? I understand the loss of some very
important properties within breastmilk but compared to formula for preemies
still way better.
