Hi Judy,

I did refer to the later teen-years actually and my youngest will be 19 this winter, the oldest 29 next spring. I sometimes use ''wonder years'' as a more friendly way of referring to a period in a child's life that for many parents is not very positively viewed. The years where they are not truly children anymore, but not mature either, although themselves they may feel quite grown-up. For the youngest there is much wonder still, indeed, but then, he's been my baby since he was born, being the youngest of 5

Warmly,
Gonneke

MOM of 5  who all got throught the wonder years quite well by  now

~~Gonneke,

We used to have a lovely TV show here in the US called The Wonder Years. I
believe it was meant to refer to a time in history( just a guess), but you
seem  to be using it as a description of a time in a child's life. Could you
clarify  this for me. My children are now turning 18 and 23 and there is
still much  wonder, and much to wonder about on all of our parts...:)

Peace,
Judy
