Members of our Breastfeeding Coalition periodically go to local stores and
get prices of equipment, so we're aware of what is in the community that
moms see daily (most of us don't go to baby sections any more).
Here was a shocker for me -

AARRGGHH!
Didn't find anything to "take care of yourself" unless you think the nipple
creams and shields will do it!
OOOHHH - they probably mean "take care of yourself" by getting away from
your baby as much as possible!
